Truly Talented Awards 2026
On 30th April 2026, our Truly Talented Teams gathered at Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow for our annual Awards Ceremony – a brilliant evening recognising those who consistently go above and beyond across Axiom Hospitality.
The black-tie evening began with a drink’s reception, where nominees from each award category and leaders from across the business had the opportunity to connect and reflect on the year’s successes. The gala then moved into the beautifully arranged Radisson Blu Ballroom, where guests enjoyed dinner, live entertainment, and the much-anticipated announcement of over 15 award winners – recognising exceptional contributions across departments and hotels, from Housekeeping Team of the Year to Support Stars. A standout moment of the evening was the presentation of Hotel of the Year, awarded to Hilton Cardiff. Guests also experienced a taste of Scottish tradition, with a bagpipe performance and ceremonial Address to a Haggis. The night was brought to a close with a special performance by Boyzlife.
This year, we proudly introduced a new Employee of the Year category, with each hotel selecting their top performer from their monthly winners to represent them at the Glasgow gala. Finalists took part in a series of interviews with a panel of hospitality expert judges, who determined the overall winner. Congratulations to Ycaro Rosini from Dublin One Hotel, who was awarded the title and won a trip for two to America. Our Truly Talented Awards Ceremony would not have been possible without the generous support of our incredible sponsors.
