Axiom Hospitality’s First GMDP Graduation

On 24th September 2026, we celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of our General Manager Development Programme (GMDP), recognising the achievements of an incredible group of experienced General Managers from across our portfolio.

The GMDP was designed to equip our General Managers with the skills, confidence and mindset to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Alongside the structured learning sessions, it provided valuable opportunities for peer learning, collaboration and building stronger relationships across our hotels, encouraging the sharing of knowledge, ideas and experiences.

Throughout the programme, our General Managers brought enthusiasm, curiosity, openness and a genuine willingness to learn, share experiences and challenge themselves. Learning sessions explored a range of topics, including people and culture, commercial and financial acumen, authentic leadership, insights discovery, resilience and mental health.

The programme was hosted across several of our hotels, with each team providing a warm welcome and excellent hospitality. A special thank you to our internal subject matter experts, facilitators and everyone who contributed their time, knowledge and expertise to making the programme a success.
