Paul is responsible for leading the technology strategy and ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the portfolio of hotels managed by Axiom. An IT and systems specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, he oversees infrastructure, budgets, compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor partnerships across more than the Axiom portfolio of hotels.

Prior to joining Axiom, Paul co-founded and ran a successful IT managed service provider business, designing and supporting technical solutions for both branded and independent hotels across the UK. This background gives him a unique understanding of both the operational and strategic IT needs of the hospitality industry.
